Rice Pudding with Apple Swirl
We’re back in the kitchen creating another delicious recipe using our NEW Bellamy’s Organic Apple Puree Pouch.
Try this recipe when you need a quick meal or snack idea for your little one.
- ¼ cup Arborio (risotto) rice
- 500 mLs of prepared Bellamy's Organic Step 3 Toddler Milk
- ½ tsp natural vanilla extract
- ½ tsp butter
- 1 x Bellamy’s Organic Apple Puree Fruit Pouch
- Preheat oven to 180C.
- In an ovenproof dish, combine rice, milk, sugar, vanilla, and butter. Bake for 1½ hours, stirring every 15 minutes to prevent sticking.
- Once the rice has reached a cooked and creamy consistency, remove the dish from the oven.
- Avoid overcooking to prevent it from drying out
- Swirl through Bellamy’s Apple Puree Fruit Pouch.
- Serve warm.
