Ingredients

  • ½ ripe avocado
  • 1 tsp minced garlic
  • ½ tbsp lemon juice
  • ½ tsp olive oil
  • Pasta water
  • 60 g Bellamy’s Organic Veggie Pasta Alphabets

Method

  1. Cook pasta according to pack
  2. Blend all ingredients in a food processor or blender.
  3. Add to pasta and enjoy!
