The terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer to Bellamy’s Organic Pty Ltd. Offer available for reviews of Bellamy’s Organic Step 3, Step 4 and Food Range products only.

These Gift Terms sit beside, and do not replace, our main Terms of Service and all other store policies.
Section 1 - Eligibility
1. Entry is open to Australian residents aged 18 years and over. Employees of the Promoter are not eligible to enter.
2. To receive the Gift, the consumer must a review on the Bellamy’s Organic brand or product range on Productreview.com.au during the promotional period.
3. The promotional period commences 31/08/2026 through to 30/11/2026.
4. The review must be verified by Bellamy’s Organic through sending a screenshot to hello@bellamysorganic.com.au.
Section 2 - How to Claim
5. Each verified review (emailed through to hello@bellamysorganic.com.au) is eligible for a gift.
6. Gifts are offered while stock lasts. If your Gift is unavailable at the time of dispatch, we may replace it with an item of equal or higher retail value, or omit it, without prior notice.
7. We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to limit the number of Gifts that any one person or household may receive under this promotion.
Section 3 - Returns and Exchanges
8. Gifts have no cash value and cannot be refunded, exchanged or credited.
Section 4 - Limits and Restrictions
9. Gifts are not for resale. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse orders that, in our view, attempt to exploit a promotion.
10. We may vary or withdraw a Gift promotion at any time without notice.
Section 5 - Liability
11. Except as provided under Australian Consumer Law, we accept no responsibility for any loss, delay or damage that arises from your use of a Gift.
Section 6 - Privacy
12. Any personal data gathered in connection with a Gift promotion is handled in line with our Privacy Policy.
Section 7 - Changes to these Gift Terms
13. The version of these Gift Terms published on this page at the time you place your order applies to that order. We may update this page at any time.
Section 8 - Governing Law
14. These Gift Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Victoria, Australia, to the exclusion of any other law.
