This summer, freshen up old classics with these re-done summer sandwich combinations. The combos below are simple, quick and nutritious. They are the perfect meal to pack for a day out in the park, or something you can whip up when you’re on-the-go.

Ingredients

  • 2 tbsp. tuna, drained
  • ¼ cucumber, thinly sliced
  • 1 tsp. mayonnaise

Method

  1. Spread and layer your chosen combination between two fresh slices of grain bread.
  2. Slice sandwich in half (or quarters for little ones) and serve straight away. Or, you can wrap up and take on-the-go.
