This promotion is conducted by Bellamy's Organic ("Promoter").
Eligibility
Entry is open to Australian residents aged 18 years and over.
Employees of the Promoter and their immediate family members are not eligible to enter, as well as Joy Raguzara’s team and immediate family members.
Promotion Period
The giveaway opens on Friday 3rd July 7pm and closes Thursday 9th July 10am AEST. Entries received after this time will not be accepted.
How to Enter
To enter, participants must.

· Comment on the giveaway post a goal they are proud of their little one for achieving.
Prize
The prize pool totals $380, consisting of:

The prize is not transferable, exchangeable or redeemable for cash.

Winner Selection
The winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries received during the promotion period.
Winner Notification
The winner will be contacted via direct message within 3 days of the competition closing, by Tuesday 7th July at 5pm AEST.
Prize Claim
If the winner does not respond within 5 business days of being contacted, by Tuesday 14th July at 5pm AEST. The Promoter reserves the right to select an alternative winner.
Privacy
Personal information collected as part of this promotion will be used solely for the administration of the giveaway and prize fulfilment in accordance with applicable privacy laws and the Promoter's privacy policy.

The Promoter reserves the right to verify entries, disqualify any entrant who breaches these Terms & Conditions, and amend or cancel the promotion if necessary due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control.

To the extent permitted by law, the Promoter is not liable for any loss, damage, or injury suffered as a result of entering this promotion or accepting a prize, except for any liability that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law.
