Bliss Balls
Bliss Balls are a healthy snack that kids love. With minimal cooking time and a host of nutritious ingredients, Bliss Balls are also so quick and simple to prepare. Whether it’s an after dinner treat, or snack for the school lunchbox – Bliss Balls are sure to be a hit.
Ingredients
- 1/3 cup of honey
- 2 tbsp. butter (no added salt)
- 1/4 cup Peanut Butter (or soy nut butter for those with allergies)
- 1 cup rice bubbles (or alternate cereal)
- 1 cup oats
Method
- Over a medium heat, heat the honey, peanut butter and butter – stirring until smooth
- Remove from the heat and add oats, cereal and dried fruit
- Drop spoons of mixture onto a baking tray and refrigerate until set
