My Oat Balls are a simple and healthy snack that kids will love. With no added sugar, Oat Balls are a perfect after dinner treat or lunch box snack for your little one. Containing only four ingredients, oats, banana, nut spread and coconut, my Oat Balls are sure to be a hit!

Ingredients

  • 1 cup oats
  • 2 bananas, mashed
  • ¾ cup 100% nut spread, or nut-free spread for those with allergies
  • ¼ cup coconut, shredded

Method

  1. Combine the oats, banana and nut spread in a food processor — blending all ingredients together
  2. Place the mixture in the fridge until hard
  3. Remove from the fridge and roll into small balls
  4. To finish, roll balls in coconut
