As a valued customer, you may have found difficulty in purchasing our formula and toddler milk products over the last month and we apologise for the inconvenience this has caused to all our Bellamy’s mothers and babies.
This situation is due to unprecedented demand for our products during October. Although we have dramatically increased our supply over this period, this has been insufficient to keep pace and this, in turn, has meant that we have had to supply our supermarket and pharmacy customers with limited stocks that are quickly exhausted.
Whilst it takes some time to ramp up supplies of organic formula, we have the situation in hand and expect stocks to improve from late November onwards. We appreciate how frustrating this is for mothers, but please bear with us a little longer.
In the meantime if you are one of our loyal customers and can’t find our formula or toddler milk product in store, please go to our online store on this website to make your purchases. (Please note, we will enforce our current policy of only supplying to Australian and New Zealand addresses and a limit of 3 tins per fortnight per customer).
**Currently we are fulfilling standard delivery orders within 7 business days, due to the sharp increase in orders. We are currently working hard on getting orders delivered as quickly as possible.
